At Neptune, we realize that the decision to deploy an Automatic Meter Reading System is a long term commitment and that each Utility faces different challenges over the life of the system. As such, we have maintained a Customer Support Center, staffed with trained and knowledgeable professionals, for many years. Our Customer Support Center is one of the most advanced in the industry with customer support quality metrics measured on an ongoing basis.

We provide systems related telephone technical support and customer training. Our team provides support to thousands of utilities in North America. Each call to our 800 number is directed to a Customer Support Specialist. All call information is tracked by our call tracking database, providing the Specialist with a complete support history for each customer.

Neptune is dedicated to providing the highest levels of customer support and satisfaction. We believe in the continual improvement of service to our customers and we are constantly enhancing our processes and procedures to give the best support possible.
